Biffy Clyro

Biffy Clyro is a Scottish rock band formed in 1995 in Kilmarnock, comprising lead vocalist and guitarist Simon Neil, bassist and vocalist Ben Johnston, and drummer and vocalist James Johnston. Their music blends alternative rock, post-hardcore, and progressive rock, characterized by intricate guitar work, dynamic shifts, and introspective lyrics. The band gained prominence with their albums "Puzzle" (2007) and "Only Revolutions" (2009), both of which were critically acclaimed and showcased their ability to write catchy yet complex songs. "Only Revolutions" featured hits like "The Captain" and "Many of Horror," the latter of which was later covered by Matt Cardle. Their 2013 album "Opposites" debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, further solidifying their status.
